Looking to buy a cheap beginners drum set?

I'm looking into buying a cheap beginner's drum set and I was looking on eBay. Is this a good drum set for somebody who is a beginner and not looking to spend too much money?

since you're a beginner then go for it. These kinds of set usually sounds good with some decent heads such as the Remo Emperor or the Evans G2

but try considering something else like a Pulse pro drum set. It cost around $300 in guitar center
