How do I teach drum majoring?

I've been a drum major for two years. Now a parent wants to pay me to give her child a 30 minute drum major lesson for her upcoming tryout. I don't know where to begin.

I think you should teach assertiveness (being loud without sounding angry, cause apparently that was my problem) and then make a list of commands to memorize, teach her to make a routine/ schedule for practice (something we lacked but needed immensly) and then teach conducting 4/4 and 6/8 cause no one marches 3/4 and how to dramaticize movements so the kids on the field can see :]
