How do you restart the air suspensions of a range rover model 1993 classic 3.9?

I don't believe you can restart it??? At least ive never heard of such a thing before. All the factory air suspensions ive seen use sensors to measure the height of the air spring, once it drops below the safety level the compressor kicks in a levels out the car. If the compressor is no longer running, I would check to make sure it has power, If it has power but not running then the compressor is bad.
If it runs but don't build pressure then you have an air leak somewhere. If the compressor don't have power then you need to check the fuses and relays, and check the ride height sensors.

Their is no magic re-start button or reset switch that I know of, But if you feel their is then you would need to contact Range rover dealership garage department and ask them. they would be they only ones who would know about such a thing.
