Drum pads and cymbals not working on Guitar Hero World Tour for Xbox 360, brand new, buttons on drums work?

Brand new out of box, I can connect it to Xbox 360 it lights up ok, I can select things using the controller part of the drums but the drums themselves dont register anything when I play.

Sounds like they're faulty, You'll have to contact Activision, and find out how you can get a possible replacement
