Is this a good drum set for 200?

A friend of mines is selling his 5 peace with two symbols and a hihat for 200.
its sounds good. it made by peace? never heard of that brand? but i just want to start. do u think i should go ahead and buy it.? and later get a better set? he has a ride made by zildjian and a Dw Double Pedal? should i?

First of all, for anyone to tell you how good of a kit it is, you need to be more specific with the make and model of the kit and cymbals. But if it sounds good and you're just starting, then I'd say go for it. My first kit sucked but it doesn't matter AT ALL if you're just starting. Once you start playing shows or recording is when you need to worry about having a high-end kit, but until then, you're good. Plus, $200 is a good price for a kit.
