If your cat were to give a state of the union address about his kingdom, what would be on his/her agenda?

His Majesty King Buddy, Emperor of the Kingdom of Stooges, would probably focus on domestic policy. He would continue to try to drum up grass root support for a caste system (felines in the ruling ranks, humans in the labor ranks). He would approve of the progress made in infrastructure (the wood floors have been made less slippery so His Majesty doesn't skid when he takes a corner too fast), but he would like to see the "zero tolerance" policy on furniture scratching abolished as a relic of an unenlightened age. In support of his "No Cat Left Behind" program, he would seek more one-on-one mentoring from the humans (mentoring=full body massages) and more snacks to fortify the body.
He also advises that he is contemplating a declaration of war on the crows that mock him from the lawn.

Her royal highness, Little Delicious, would like to repeal the acquisition of the dog and all things dog-related. She would also like to repeal the no-cats-on-the-kitchen-counters ban (as archaic as the zero-tolerance policy on furniture scratching, I'm sure), and increase the number of water faucets left running for her drinking pleasure.
