my high hat wobbles a lot then i use the pedal ?

ok so i just started playing the drums and everytime i use my high hat with the pedal it wobbles and taps on the other cymbal and everytime i hit it with the Drum Stick i tend to get a different sound everytime i hit it v_v help me

If you mean the stand itself wobbles, make sure the legs are all the way down. They should rest on the floor even with the pedal. If the legs are not all the way down the pedal will act as a pivot point and wobble.
If you mean the cymbals are wobbling, then make sure the Top Cymbal is screwed into the clutch tight enough so that there is only a little bit of play. Also when locking the clutch, do not set it too high so that when you close the hats the cymbals barely touch, they should have a tight fit when closed.
