Is this drum set going to be too small?

This is the drum set http://www.guitarcenter.com/Sound-Percussion-5-Piece-Junior-Drum-Set-with-Cymbals-883385-i1476648.gc I am about 5'3 tall.I am getting this drum set because im berly starting to play drums. Also if this drum set isnt that good can u help me find some cheap drum set around $250

Yes, It's too small for any adult. For $250.00 you should be able to find a full-size kit, but they are not going to be of any quality, unless you happen across a USED set of decent drums that somebody is turning loose real cheap.

Personally I do not recommend that anyone learn to play on a drum set. Many great drummers did so, but it's not the best path for most beginners. Get yourself a Practice Pad, some sticks and a drum method book. Learn at least the first 13 standard American rudiments. Once you get your hands under reasonable control then you can more easily move to drum set.
