does anyone know where its best to place your lacrosse pocket?

i was just wondering where it would be best up top near shooting tring or down low mynes more up top in the middle and have one u shooting string with a nylon any tips?

It all depends on what your looking for, if you want more control when cradling, lower the pocket, if you want a more accurate faster shot keep it in the middle with one shooting string. If your a middie i say make it lower, if your an attackman, keep it in the middle, ive played both and personally i like the middle more, you still get good control and your shot is insane, good luck bro
