Mounting Toms on Pearl Forum?

I got the Pearl Forum drum kit today and the only thing I have left to put together are the toms. I have no idea how to mount them onto the bass drum and I was wondering if anyone could help? I didn't get any instructions with this. Also the two parts I have left over are these 'Pearl Integrated' things which look as if they go on the 'L' shaped Tom holders but I don't know how to connect the toms themselves. Any help/solutions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

There should be a bracket on each of the toms that the L shaped holder slips into. If they are missing, I would contact the seller or Pearl and get toms that have the brackets like they are supposed to. Go online and find Pearl Drum Company and that info and pictures should be available for you to determine what, if anything, is missing.
