Can an adult use a Junior Drum Kit?

I found a very cheap 4-Piece Drum Kit, that includes hardware. the only problem is it is made for small children. i am 5'6 and 120lbs. can i still use it?

Of course you can. You can still bang on it, and it will sound like drums.....cheap drums, but drums nonetheless.
But you might want to keep it inside to use strictly as a practice kit unless you're planning on wearing a clown suit when you play it in public. ; )
