Adding extra things to my drumset?

Im looking to add an 18 inch Paiste China and a 10 inch Paiste Splash, both PST3 series. the china would be on a separate boom stand and the splash mounted off of a tom arm. My question is are those decent cymbals? i dont need professional quality, i dont have a ton of money, but i dont want something thats going to crack in a month either....

I like Paiste's higher-end lines, but the PST3 and 5s all sound horrid, in my opinion. As to whether they'll crack in a month, that depends on how hard you play. You should never crack a cymbal if you play it right, even if it's cheap. Just don't smack it like there's no tomorrow and you shouldn't crack it any time soon.

You might have your heart set on Paiste, and if so, more power to ya. But if you haven't even considered Sabian or Zildjian, you should. Sabian B8 Pros all sound pretty good, they're not expensive, and they shouldn't crack. Zildjian ZBTs, ZXTs, or ZHTs all have pretty good tones, but ZHTs are more expensive, so...

Basically, just make sure you research these things, is what I'm saying. Hope this helps.
