Some questions about buying Drums?

Im on a very tight budget, with a limit of $600 to spend on everything cymbals, drums, and hardware. Anyway, i was thinking about buying either this drumset or this one:

Which one is better? Also, Where Could I Find A Hardware Pack Consisting Of A Straight And Hi Hat Stand, Along with a Foot Pedal For $80?

Check these out instead. Some come with hardware and/or cymbals. These are also more reliable brand names. Don't forget to look at the different finishes they come in. Most important, it's within your price range.

These are the "entry level" equipment. But they are VERY good. For the price, it's VERY, VERY reasonable. Ludwig, Tama, ZIldjian and Sabian are VERY reputable names in percussion. They certainly are built much better and have a better name recognition than Pulse. Don't forget to include shipping in your order.

Also, don't forget to get some sticks and some drum keys. You can get that from your local music store though.
