What condom is the best for a man who is 5" and kind of thin?

When my husband and I have sex, I notice the condoms he wears have a lot of extra material just hanging off the sides. Also, they do not want to stay in place and ride up about half an inch or so.

Is there a condom for "smaller than average" men that someone can recommend for us to buy?
